Guidelines
We are excited to welcome a vibrant lineup of cultural programs for Summer Sambaralu 2025! To ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all, please read through the following guidelines carefully before registering your performance:

Dance performances may feature songs in multiple languages; however, each performance must include at least one Telugu song to reflect the spirit of our cultural celebration.

All participants must be at least five (5) years old as of June 15, 2025.

Group performances must have a minimum of four (4) participants. No max limit.

Each participant is allowed to take part in only one performance to encourage wider participation and fair scheduling.

There is no limit on the number of performances a choreographer may choreograph.

To ensure adherence to the event timeline, all performance slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The order of performances on the day of the event will be scheduled at the organizers’ discretion to ensure a balanced and seamless program flow.

Maximum of two (2) skits are allowed. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Performances must not exceed the time limit allotted for each category

Group Dance / Solo Dance / Instrumental / Acapella: Limited to six (6) minutes

Musical: Limited to ten (10) minutes

Skits: Limited to twenty (20) minutes, including setup and teardown.

All skits involving dialogue must use pre-recorded audio. Live dialogue delivery will not be permitted.

Choreographers are encouraged to creatively introduce their teams before their performance (via audio, video, or live voice-over). If preferred, the emcees can handle introductions upon request.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help make our community’s cultural event a success. If you are passionate about supporting the community and eager to get involved, we would love to have you on board!
