D.A.T.A. Executive Committee

We are excited to announce opportunities for our Telugu community to get more involved in this organization! We currently have several open roles in the Executive Committee and are looking for passionate, committed individuals who want to make a difference and contribute to our mission.

​​Events Director

The Events Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the organization’s goals. The role involves coordinating with teams, delegating tasks, and overseeing logistics such as venues, vendors stalls, and permits, working closely with the board on budget. Additionally, the Events Director collaborates with the marketing team to promote events and engage the community, while ensuring smooth on-site execution and addressing any challenges.

 

Culturals Coordinator

The Culturals Coordinator -This role involves curating diverse cultural performances, program order, working closely with performers, volunteers, and event committees to ensure seamless coordination. The Culturals Coordinator manages event logistics, including scheduling, venues, and resources, while staying within budget constraints. Additionally, they oversee on-site execution, address any challenges, and gather feedback to enhance future events. 

 

Media & Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing marketing material to promote the organization’s  events, and initiatives. This includes managing social media platforms, creating promotional materials, coordinating email campaigns, and maintaining the website. They work closely with teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding while building relationships with donors, sponsors, and the community. The Marketing Coordinator will work with board to track campaign performance, gathers feedback, and uses insights to improve outreach efforts. Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills are essential to effectively raise awareness and drive engagement for the organization’s goals.

 

Activities Director

The Activities Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a variety of engaging programs and events that cater to the needs and interests of the community. This includes developing recreational, educational, and social activities that align with the organization’s goals. They work closely with volunteers and staff, manage budgets, and ensure the availability of resources. The Activities Director promotes participation through effective outreach, supervising events to ensure smooth execution.

 

Community & Outreach Coordinator

The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible to execute outreach initiatives, such as community service events, programs, partner with local groups, businesses, to carry out community service events and activities.
