Exciting Update on Our Pickleball Tournament!

We are absolutely thrilled by the overwhelming response to our Pickleball tournament! On the final day alone, we received 12 reservations. Your enthusiasm truly energizes us and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the overwhelming support.

Schedule Adjustments & Fair Play

With the surge in registrations across categories, we had to make some adjustments to the schedule to ensure every team gets a fair chance to compete. 

Based on the number of participants in each category, the rules have been slightly modified; for example: Playoffs will be held only for Boys Sr Intermediate and Men Intermediate categories.
 

Court Availability & Match Completion

Due to last-minute registrations, we face a challenge toward the end of the day: we won’t have access to all 4 courts simultaneously. 

To keep the tournament moving smoothly, we’ll be using open courts creatively to complete matches. 

This is our first time managing such a dynamic schedule, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we learn and improve for next year.

Important Notes

• Given the tight schedule, we may not be able to accommodate category changes if an incorrect selection was made during registration.

• We made every effort to schedule children’s matches in the morning when the weather is most pleasant.
